This classic banana bread recipe is moist and delicious with loads of banana flavour.
Homemade banana bread is the best way to start the day or an healthy snack in the afternoon.
– use a plumcake mold –
1 and a half ripe bananas (smashed)
80g Cannabutter (mild)
100g of sugar
200g of flour
1 bag of yeast
a pinch of salt
Grease the plumcake mold with a little butter and sprinkle it with flour.
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Work the butter with the sugar until you get a white and foamy mixture, then add an egg and incorporate it well to the rest before adding the second one.
Once you have added two eggs, join everything alternating the flour, the yeast and the crushed bananas..and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake it for 40/50 minutes.
